Aligner Block Bearing Change
Get the tools required for the job
Install small bearing puller mandrel and slide hammer briskly to remove inner part of bearing
Clean bearing rollers debris
Install large puller mandrel using 3/4” wrench

Remove remaining bearing race
Install block for bearing press using main blade 9/16” bolt
Ensure that bearing press is square with new bearing
Use a .050” spacer to prevent the bearing from going flush to the aligner block Use a 11/16” wrench to rotate Acme threaded rod to press in bearing.
When finished the the bearing should protrude .050” from block face. Re tooling and lubricate bearing with appropriate red wheel bearing grease.
